In addition to training your players, you have the option to "Juice" them with performance enhancers. Juicing will have an instant effect on them. The drugs effects occur in a three week period.
There are legal drugs, that give you a boost with no damaging effects; and then there are the illegal drugs. These drugs give a a huge boost with damaging effects such as a decrease in your field awareness and resist injury stat.
There are also $45,000 mystery pills that may or may not help the player you administer them to. The drugs effects are not revealed until you purchase them. These drugs typically give you a greater boost than the drugs shown.
